White Wines
Pale straw in colour, with subtle hints of green. Notes of apple and white pears, with a tropical touch and a hint of honey at the end.
A soft and alluring Pinot Grigio with fresh, juicy flavours and aromas of ripe apples and pears.
The palate is soft with a creamy texture balanced by a fine tropical fruit character to give a lovely rich characterful finish.
A youthful bright nose of lemongrass and green apple with a subtle, salty mineral note. Organically grown and produced.
Very pure nose of white flowers, flint typical of Chablis, opening up to a palate that boasts an elegant combination of almond balanced and lovely vivacity. Fresh and rich in turns with a long finish.
Red Wines
An intense cherry red with flashing hints of violet. Raspberry and blackberry notes. A well rounded wine with good structure.
Rich aromas of red fruits and plums overlaid with notes of toast and vanilla. Fruity and rounded on the palate, with a long lingering finish.
Medium weight with soft tannins. Sweet red cherries and blackberries are dominant on the palate finishing with a hint of mocha and oak.
Aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels. Intense, smooth and with a very engaging aftertaste.
A rich nose with intense aromas of black fruits. On the palate, it is silky with ripe tannins and excellent length and structure.
Rosé Wine
A fresh, well balanced and fruity wine, with vibrant floral notes that highlight the natural pink colour of the grape.
Sparkling Wines
Crisp and fruity, with a fragrance and flavour reminiscent of a fruit cocktail made with apples.
Champagnes
A light and elegant House champagne with soft, full flavour and consistent mousse, possessing good balance and maturity.
An exceptional Réserve Brut. Exquisite balance of tension and ripe fruit, richness and minerality. A very fine and complex champagne.
Mineral freshness and white flowers on the nose followed with nuances of brioche, biscuit and fresh nuts with a hint of elegant maturity.
Silky and vibrant, showcasing flavours of ripe pear, lemon zest, and stone fruits, balanced by a creamy texture and refreshing acidity.
